movie clips and button states

is it possible to load a movie clip in a button state?
how would i do that?

Just use all movieclips with buttons inside them. Then you are free to load and unload wherever you want.

I think what Alexy asks is if a movie clip can be inserted in a button state (to make an animated state, I supose). If this is it, you just have to create a movie clip with tha animation, create a button and place the movie clip in the desired state of the button draggin it from the library. But remember that the movie clip plays as long as that button state is met. There's a way to make a movie clip in a state play even if the state is no longer... saw it somewhere (www.flashkit.com , I think), but I can't remember how was it done.
