Hey there,
i'm trying to design and develop a website in which the user moves the whole site around to see page options and then zoom into content maybe with scrol wheel or just a good old click. please see this example

not sure what it was built in but if anyone can help to advise me as to how to achieve a similar interface in Flash CS3 or Flash 8 i would be over the moon!
