Export to HTML

Hi

I am fllowing a tutorial on how to make an SWF fullscreen with AS 3.


This is the step I'm on:

"Now Export to HTML and be sure to change the exported parameters in the HTML file to allowFullScreen = true (for the fullscreen effect) and menu = true (for the ability to add in context menu items)."

Question:
How do I do that?

I mean how do I export to HTML? I cant find that option in the export-panel and I cant find the allowFillScreen option in Publish settings.
