Hi !
I am using IE 7.0
Sometimes, i want to keep flv files from youtube on
my computer so I copy them from IE cache.
Unfortunately, it seems that for some videos, the files
arenot available.
Does anyone knows why ? are those videos streamed or something
like that ?

Doh !
It seems that if a flv file can't be downloaded in your cache with IE, then www.tubesaver.net can't do it as well... I guess that's because some videos are streamed, is that possible ?

if you have ever used linux then maybe you know mplayer (there is a win version), it can capture streams even while you watch them.
i think the command line to capture streams is in the official documentation.

There is a FF add-on which allows you to save you tube videos. I think it is called "ookook!" or something like that, but I could be mistaken.
You could download camstudio and just do a screen capture of just the movie if you really need it that badly.
