recording and sending video via fms

I am aware that you can record video using the flash media server but I was wondering if it is possible to then send this video, say using email

anyone have any ideas? is this possible?

you can send an automatic email that has a link leading to your recording, and also add a link to download the flv but i think embedding the email is much more difficult besides most people these days will not want emails with such attachments !
