I am starting a project. I am not new to flash but I am new to actionscript.

Overall I want to make 1 flash file, that pulls the title, subtitle and content from another source. I guess I can do this with XML?, is this smart doing it this way, will I save time??? I need a good tutorial for this.

Also I need to find a tutorial on making a nice navigation bar for the bottom with only a pause button. Or should I do this as a button? I need it to pause the frame and sound. and Then make a resume button appear when paused.

Also I have multiple sound files the way we have started we cut a single MP3 into 20 or so files as sections that play one after another now depending on frame they are on.

Any point in a direction to get my feet off the ground would be great.

welcome to as[org]

see if this (http://www.actionscript.org/forums/showthread.php3?t=97522&highlight=radio+button+listener) thread will help you out.

if now do a quick search of the forums on 'radio button listener' and you will find lots of posts.

I can recommend for beginners the video tutorials from http://codervods.com that is the place where I got started. It's easier and faster to get results from a video tutorial.
