Help please

:p I saw, you guys really know everything in flash, so I registered to ask you one (or more :)) question.

On main page I have 4 buttons, each linking to another movie clip which opens when button is clicked. When button is clicked, movie clip "alpha's" in (changes colour from white to, what it should be). But the problem is when another button is clicked I would like to present page to Alpha out and another to alpha in.

And I can't figure out how to meke this "alpha out"

I have a blur field for each movie clip, or in this case swf, in which text is shown. But the blur field is not the same height in all clips. The question is how could I make blur field resize in intro of each movie clip??
If the first movie clip (or swf) has the height of 400, and the secon one 600 - how could they resize in intro, when you click a button.
