smudge text problem in field what use anti-alias for readability

Hi, i have one text field with font size 8(and dynamic loading text inside) in mc and alpha mask from above on next layer(for gradient effect in text). The font rendering method in field is anti-alias for readability, but when i run my project the text look smudge...what i may to do for fix this problem?

Look into these properties to be used with a dynamic textField - they may help better display your dynamic text - I always turn to different variations of these when setting dynamic text. Granted, you have to play around with the settings of each, and they all work in coordination - but you should find a sweet spot where your text looks great:
