best audio format

any thoughts on when creating audio files (dialog) for flash
what format is best to use - aif or mp3

any tips would be great

midi is the best. Let's go back to the era of the cavemans.

I prefer MP3 because the file size is smaller than aiff, Aiff is superior in quality (no compression) but larger in file size.
