Most of the graffics I use are made in photoshop. When I import them into flash they tend to lose quality when I reshape them. What can I do to Prevent this?
What is the best format to import?
Is it usefull to reshape in flash or can I better make it in the wright size in PS?

Yea, its better to make it right in photoshop in the first place. non-uniorm scaling / reshaping will lead to distortion. Photo's are usually the smallest with jpegs. Other graphics can be done with gif(also good for transparency stuff), but personally prefer .png (sometimes hard with colours)

If you're not going to print stuff : dpi set to 72. I don't have a set standard for quality settings. It really depends on the importance, filesize, target audience etc. At first, I tend to leave the quality set as high as possible. U can always lower it along the way.
