I was wondering how these guys made the lovely peel effect on this site. Its fantastically done. Im assuming it is probably manually animated within flash using detailed shape tweens perhaps?

Any help as always is massively appreciated

Looks a lot like video to me. It may have been created in AfterEffects or some other application.
