[AS3] where can i download flash game/site files

i would like to download the .fla, .as and any other media/stuff needed for some flash games or sites or programs so that i could see how they are constructed and so i could alter/play around with the setup. i think i would learn a lot if i saw some cool working flash games/sites/programs from the inside.
