HELLO to all my beloved flash PHreaKs

have U guys come across jelly-web.com....ooof
seen the intro....probably one of the best Iv'e seen.
I would just like to know how the hell is that box and the ball and the bg liquid screen created.....I do assume it is a real long piece of code but id be greatful if someone would come up with the basic idea....

3d-box is done in 3dmax or Vecta3d standalong or swift3d.
liquid screen created (I think)in adobe afterFX or adobe premier
