Can't make new thread

I can't make a new thread in the Content Postings / Updates forum! And I'm going insane trying. This is a test.

I have logged into ActionScript.org Forums and I cannot find anything that says post new thread or any other way to post in the forum anywhere. It is really disappointing to say the least!!:mad:
