Size of settings manager UI

I have a SWF that tries to access the mic and/or camera on the user's local machine. The Settings Manager UI pops up to ask the user if they permit this operation. I'm curious if there any defined restrictions on the minimum stage size I need for my SWF in order to display this panel. This SWF is buried in a frame that doesn't have a lot of screen real estate. Has Adobe listed how big your SWF must be to show this content, and is there any control over the positioning of it within the stage?

It seems to me that if you need the settings manager, your SWF should be at least as big as the settings manager.
