Loading movies with differnt Stage.scaleMode?

Question - I have a shell movie with Stage.scaleMode = "noScale"; and I want to load in 2 other movies that have Stage.scaleMode = "exactFit";

Basically I want the image overlays to scale to size of the browser but the interface underneath (in shell.swf) not to scale.

Any one know if this is possible? I guess I could separate the swfs into two different divs (on on top of the other), but is there a way just using flash to do this?
