New Flash/Flex Socket Server for online games

Looks like a new socket server for making multiplayer Flash or Flex games, kinda like Electro-Server or SmartFox Server. Not sure when the beta is supposed to be though.

They've posted most information on the beta now, looks like its coming in January 2008! Anyone interested in building some online games?

The beta has opened for a new socket server for Flash CS3 and Flex 3 to make online multi-player games and chat programs.

I just noticed that GFS Server (Java Edition) was released. They are offering a free edition that allows up to 30 connections with no other restrictions.

They also announced a forthcoming GFS Server .NET Edition that is supposed to go into beta testing later this spring.
