importing and formatting text

I want to set up a series of scrolling text boxes using dynamic text. I'm going to have the text imported from outside text files. Unfortunately, Flash 5 won't let me justify the type or add letterspacing for dynamic text. Is there a way I don't know about?

u can format the text box as HTML formating ver. 1 (as Flash 5 supports only v. 1)
And of course check the HTML tag in the text option
