Line Chart with custom image

Basically what I would like to accomplish is a line chart but at certain data points have an annotation type element like a green arrow that display at certain data points. Does anyone know how to accomplish this. Basically I am doing a stock chart and would like to add buy / sell signals to this stock with arrows..
