Set Property using a slider

Sorry if I posted in the wrong subforum. This is my first time here =.="

First of all, I'm doing this project using Flash 5.

Basically, I need to do something like this:

However, instead of inputting numbers to change the image, I need to use a slider to do it.

For example, if I have a bar that supposedly changes height, when I drag it all the way to the right, the image becomes taller.

I know the basics of setting property and such, but I'm not familiar with using/making/scripting a slider (I'm not even sure if I'm using the right term: basically, it's a long a bar with a little shape and you drag it along the bar).
