Question About Instances

Good day , really smart people... im like a noob at this flash stuff.. i have learned a bit but know it seems i havent LOL..

so i have this menu button right, that does some shizzy.. so i copy the hall group to a new layer so i could make a new button with the same characteristics as this one.

But i want to change the text.. but since its copied like an instance of the other button, it allways changes all the text.. i have tried using the break apart option but well it still doesnt work.. do you know how can i change the text in the button with out having it instanced??

Attach your .fla.

Here's what you need to do:
>Go to the Library panel
>right click on the first button you made
>click on DUPLICATE
>change the second button(the one you duplicated) in the library panel to any name you want
>then drag it to the stage
