Regarding AIR Liscence

I have a few questions about the licensing.


Can I release any application with Beta version of AIR, free or commercial?
When AIR goes official release, do I need to release another version of my application?
What's the impact of releasing unsigned AIR application?

2. it would be advisable as the api is changing between betas
3. not much really, its a trust thing for the people who will be using it
