Simple character animation

Hello people, I am new to flash. I need to create an simple animation of this:



It is a letter h in the typeface hobo, i am trying to make these letters move like humans on the screen.

This character is tall, awkward, clumsy, and walks with bowed legs. and i want it to do this on flash. But i can't.

can anyone show me a quick animation example of how they would animate the letter? and show flash MX's capabilities.

it's a tricky thing to animate as you pretty much have to use Shape Tweening

which can be a pain.

Two things to try would be Shape Hints and keep the movement between frames minimal

or

Do it all frame by frame as a keyframe animation ...

other ways too but nothing I can think of that makes it easy

shape hints can be found in the modify > shape menu or ctrl+shift+h

I don't think you can do something good with shape tweening. I'll say you'll have to do that frame by frame.
