Hi everyone, new here (and to Actionscript) so apologies if I'm putting this post in the wrong place.
I'm using Flash CS3 Actionscript 2.0 with flvPlayerPro from flashloaded.com; so far everything works out with the video gallery. Except, I have a fairly large video area and would like to not have a big black screen sitting there before a user selects which movie they would like to see.
I have created a SWF that I would like to play before any movie is selected, except I don't know enough code to get it to stop and disappear once a button is clicked on the Playlist. (The movie just plays behind the SWF.)
I've searched and searched, and flashloaded's forum/support sucks. I've also looked into how to create a "YouTube-like Play Button" so that I could have that on top of the first movie and not the SWF on top of my player, but I couldn't find any information on that either.
Any help, please? Much obliged. ;)
