Random images in flash

Hi
Ive been trying to create a flash banner for my website. A simple tween which ends on a random, blended in picture.
Just like this one at: www.bartlett.com
But how on earth do i go about doing this?????

Sorry, i should have added that the tweening is no problem. Its just getting the Banner to end on a random image.

In the example link posted, the random image is not set in the flash header...

A .js script on the index page calls a random .swf from...
