Hello
I am new to Flash and recently bought a template which I am trying to customise. Each time I ask the vendor about how to do this or that, I receive unhelpful replies. For instance, I asked about how to do a 'form focus'; the vendor told me they would charge $60 to do it. I have since done this myself, but you get the picture.
I would like to do something else on my site but, again, I have been informed I will need to pay $180 for the vendor to do it which, sorry to say, I cannot pay.
In my Flash movie (http://stevehigham59.7host.com/ASPflash/graphic9.html), I have a 'Portfolio'. When the movie first loads and 'Portfolio' clicked, the visitor is taken to a row of thumnails and a list of links. If you click on one of these links or thumnails you get taken to a larger image with some static text alongside.
The problem I have is that regardless of the image/link clicked, the text always remains the same. This means that I might have a photo of Marilyn Monroe with a text on beauty products alongside. But then I will have a photo of industrial desolation with the same text on beauty products alongside.
I need to change this, obviously, but I am not sure where to start!
Here is a screenshot of the symbol in question:

I have not changed anything here. There is nothing in either the Properties or Action Script panels, and there is only one layer and one frame. If I click on one of the links (please scroll down the screenshot page), nothing appears either in the Properties or Action Script panels. There is nothing in
these panels either if I click on the thumbnail.
I am baffled how, in my movie, I can move from link to link, yet see nothing in my FLA file which shows me how that is done.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Steve
