help needed

hi!
have a problem and have no idea how to solve it..
so - i have to make a form in flash where user enters some values, and then there's some formula, the results are calculated, and various results should be genereated and that in flash.. i have the formula and macro script as an .xls and have no idea how it is possible to transfer it all so it works in flash.. if you think you can help me, please email me at [email protected] and i could show you the .xls and maybe you'd know what to do.. please, it's really urgent for me..

That depends how complicated the formula is.
Flash 5 has quite advanced Maths capabilities now, so I imagine you could solve most equations using Flash...

A simple example would be this:
Say I want to figure out how long the hypotenuse of a right angled triagnle is, I can do this in flash. See my example file below:
