Stage size problem

my problem is that my stage size is 950 by 700. I have a line which runs horizontally accross and runs of the stage on both sides. when i publish the file, in my browser the line doesn't cut right accross the screen, but rather u can see it start and finish. i have a very big monitor. how can i get the file to fill the entire screen?

If you are putting it into an html file, then you won't be able to see anything that's happening off the stage. You could embed your flash into the html at 100% instead of like 950 px or 700 px. It would be 100% and 100%.
