sound problem in flashCom

I have a strange problem here..

We have a webConference application, and it works just fine, but in some networks we have some terrible echoes and annoying sounds ...
We can't understand what is the problem exactly, did any one faced such problems or knows what the problem may be?

hi, most echos are eliminated by using headphones instead of speakers, even moving microphone as far away from desktop speakers helps.

yes of course, we tried headphones and it is much better but the annoying sounds are still there sometimes :confused:
