flash plugin on redHat

Anyone know what you do to install the flash plugin on redHat linux? I have downloaded the file flash_linux.tar.gz, but it says to unpackage it, how do I do that?...I know this is not exactly a flash/actionscript question, but the chances are someone here will know. I hope!

Thanks! I have got it working. All I needed to do was call
gunzip <filename> and copy the files into the plugins directory of the browser.
