I think I have a layout for my friends company website, I didnt animate much yet. I just wonder what people think about the layout and colors etc. I hope for the user to be able to fill out an application and submit it to the company. How would I go about doing that? Coldfusion or something?? Also what would a website like this cost if they actually bought it?

Well to be honest with you, there are hundreds of templates that look like that for sale over at template monster for like $50.

You can use PHP for contact forms, there are a few tutorials in the tutorial section about it.

Color wise, you're fine. Over all layout design...not there yet.
