Need feedback on new website

There is not as much flash as on our previous site.

I would like to know what do you think about it?

I would like to put flash into it.

What about that screens on the top? Do you think thats a good idea? :)

What do you think about colours and layout?

as a print designer, I would like to see live samples...especially as someone who doesn't know flash all that well, I would like to see some samples of flash animations or UIs...simply putting a flash graphic on the site doesn't make me jump at the possibility of working with your firm.

I like the cleanliness of the site, however...nice organization too. If you wanted to add just a bit of flash, you could always enhance the navigation...in terms of the color, I like it, but think that some of the text is a bit small on the background...the lowered contrast of the black on the slightly greenish brown makes the small type harder to read.
