hi
does anyone knows if there is a program or something to "slowdown" some aspects of the pc, so i can, for example, test a preloader?? you know, if i put a preloader for a page of 100 k, and i hit ctrl+enter, i cant see the preloader because the page instantaneously loaded... :)
is there a way to test this things without uploading the page?
