Powerpoint Flash Embed Problems

I'm having a problem with a .swf flash file in my presentation. The music from the flash file begins to play as soon as i open the powerpoint (I dont even have to play the presentation) The video of the flash file doesn't start until I get to its slide, but by then the music has ended because it started playing at the beginning of the presentation.

Anyone have any ideas as to why this could be happening?
