Strange problem with nested clips or grouped obj

This is doing my Nut in :(

I have an mc on my stage, now within that mc i have grouped objects plus mc's. The problems starts when i move the main mc containing the objects and mc's. The main mc is being moved with actions script not tweened frames. When the main mc moves or when it loads up somtimes the grouped objects and mc or not in line with the main mc but yet i have them postioned perfectly :(:(
Is this a bug?

Can you attach a stripped down ZIP of your file? Can't say for sure but the trouble looks like it stems from the way your clips are nested.
