linking external flvs

Ok all of this is so new to me. I'm making some updates to a website I made, & I'm trying to link a couple of flv files that will progressively download to my flash site, but I keep getting these errors then i test out my page

Error opening URL 'http://www.rideordiedist.com/vids/AndresMov1.flv'
Error opening URL 'http://www.rideordiedist.com/vids/AndresMov2.flv'

I have both files uploaded under these exact addresses, I don't understand why it's not working.
