webORB on flex Builder 3.0

I am getting this error regarding webORB, please help me

Error 2

Token '{destinationName}' in 'messaging-config.xml' was not replaced.
Either supply a value to this token with a JVM option or remove it from the
configuration.

In Flex3, they seem to have replaced the curly braces with square brackets..so, in your config file, replace "{destinationName}" with "[destinationName]", then in FlexBuilder 3 do a Project->Clean. That fixed it for us.
