programming work around

If I was looking to hire a new staff for my company, what would be the best way to have people apply for my positions?
Currently, I have them download a word doc, fill it out and email it back to me.
Is there an easier way to do this through my flash site , without intense programming and xml?

Howdy and Welcome... :)

If you want to go abit advanced, you can create a form in Flash or HTML, and have the filled out data saved into the database... and create an admin section where you can load those data from the database to view it... But it is whole lot easier and cheaper to use a word document...
