MySpace - swf and layout

Hi everyone,
I just registered a mySpace account, and I would style it a little.
I would do something like this

www.myspace.com/alessiamarcuzziofficial

but I'm not getting how.

Does anyone know a good tutorial about how to "professionally" edit? How to embed a swf (and where should I load it) and stuff. I can't find any.

ok, if someone of those 35 viewers would like to know, I got a layout from www.lovemyflash.com (really nice layouts, BTW) and got the html code to add the layout including swf in those separate areas. So I think that all it's left is to build a swf that retreives text from those areas, put it into your own domain and embed it!! The SWFobject doesn't seem to work, but I suppose that's all up to mySpace staff.
