I have done a XML player in AS 3.0, also the player takes advantage of the new smoothing proprety of the video class, I'm not sure if as 2.0 use to have this property, anyway chek it out in full screen mode and activate the smoothing option, the quality is greatly improved.
AS 3 is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not formally no, but trying to learn as much as I can in the meantime. ;)

No I dont have CS3 yet (well in my mind I do ;-) but no not yet, but I am not letting that stop my learning process for AS3. Still plenty of resources out there for reading and learning. Maybe someday in the far off future when CS8 comes out I will finally have CS3 ;-)

Guyes I'm sorry but I can't put a download link for this , at least not now:), becouse the player is done for a client...
Anyway some parts of AS 3.0 are not optimized, better say some parts of the flash player and a huge problem is the garbage collector ... good is a nightmare.
So if you want to start learning AS 3.0 get ready for some strange problems.
I will put a download link in the future for this player.
