Setting Desktop Wallpaper from Flash Movie

Can it be done? I have seen it done in the autorun of Digit magazine. I want a button which when clicked will change the wallpaper according to choice given in the movie itself.

I created a free utility called WallPapr (years ago) to do this:

It was designed for Flash 5 but can be adapted to newer versions of Flash if you use another utility I wrote called Proxy, which you can read about here:
