Continue to have problems with Flash and IE

Okay...maybe I'm crazy here, but for the last few weeks Flash has been having issues for me in IE7. I'm seeing this on 90% of the websites I go to that use Flash...but not all of them. Frankly, I'm stumped. I've checked my IE settings, my security settings, my firewall....you get the picture.

Does anyone else in IE7 get the "You Need Flash" message when they go to, for example, any of these pages?

Well THAT was a pain in the butt. I had to use the Adobe uninstaller to uninstall ALL previous versions of Flash and then re-install the latest version.

What makes NO sense, is that Flash worked just fine a few weeks ago...then one day BOOM -- it didn't work. No system changes, no updates run. Weird.
