Flash Exe icon change?

Now...I made my swf into an exe, how do I change its icon?

This is for Vista, I know how to do it on XP, but the Control Panel is different..

its very easy to change...

u can use PE explorer or Resource Explorer, search in google for that...

but how to change in XP???
