Weird dots showing up on swf?

At the end of the animation in the area where the date is you will see some dots in that area. then they go away and return? I even deleted date layer yet still same thing?

Maybe some font or tween problem on the last 2 set of tweens (frames 301 to 441)...

I don't have the fonts you used, but when I decompile your .swf, convert static texts to shapes, and re-publish, I don't get them dots...
