Google has problems with reading .swf files. They are useless when you are trying to get them listed on search engines.

Google will only pick up keywords in meta tags, titles, ALT tags on links and images.

A .SWF file is not useful information to google as it cannot read the content of the file.

HTML files can easily be read by google which is why it's usually a bad idea to create your whole site in flash.

What you might have to do is include meta tags, and hidden text in the body of the HTML page where your flash is embedded, just so google can pick it up. Maybe even some live text links above the flash file.

But in general, never create a site in flash if you want the site to be ranked high in search engine results.
