FLV to play immediately

I'm trying to get some FLV's to play immediately when a user clicks a button. All the testing and preloading I have done has not yielded the results I am hoping for, and the FLVs still lag for about a second.

I've also noticed that the same clip will re load, is there anyway to cache the video into the projector?

From a CD, the .exe is loaded into memory, and won't play until fully loaded.
Preloaders are useless in projector files... As for .flv's, guess there not cached but loaded in memory also... Thus the re-loading...
