I don't understand how they change the people along the walk. It is so smooth. There must be several FLA files. However, how do they change the people's cloths, hands, shoes, and etc. without any transitions? Can that be direct cut? Any suggestions would be very useful.

It was done in video. Maybe two videos for the feet walking and one for the hands holding the mobile. Its nice, but the bandwidth took forever to load the next video to play. Its a nerve-whacking to wait.

looks like one long FLV with que points, it could be multiple FLV's, but I doubt it.
