"reply to thread" emails not being sent

Do you mean just recently or in general? I haven't gotten many emails myself last few days

I think it was okay last Wednesday

Hmm I've disabled the ability for members to send emails via the Forums to other members but that shouldn't have had an effect, and I changed that setting only yesterday. I can't think what might be causing it. I'll look into it, because it's a very useful feature.

The reply emails I meant. OK they've been activated again (I hope). Stuff should go back to normal.

OK it comes down to a vBulletin setting. It's all or nothing in terms of emails which sucks. I've spent a minute hacking out the email form so now you should all receive reply emails but no one can send emails via the forums.
