I'm sorry, I have no intent to offend new people, but what is the deal with places hiring people that don't know what they are doing and "need to catch up?" places will hire someone that isn't qualified but has college experience than someone that is qualified but has not been to college? and then it turns out that the unqualified people with jobs are getting helped by the qualified people without jobs and aren't getting any compensation for the help. I've helped a lot of people who are just out of college that know absolutely nothing about what they are working in as a career and they put out crappy work. Is this how all industries work? Does everyone just suck but get paid a crapload to do nothing?

Also, the people who don't know anything about flash, PLEASE do not blog about your flash experiences. You are dumbing down the already dumbed down flash community. Stupid people with blogs on flash are getting in the way of the geniuses' blogs. And never ask questions in a blog about flash cause that doesn't help either. figure it out somewhere else THEN post the SOLUTION.

Maybe I'm lucky but in my experience the more you show the more you get in Flash. I don't see how a newly graduate can be hired if he/she doesn't have any good Flash stuff to show? Same thing in reverse for non graduated people, if you have a very good Flash stuff to show then people might hire you. My point is, in Flash and in the web developement business in general, what people ask you first is to show what you have done, not really how many diplomas you got.
