reading from txt files

I know there is a way, but i can't find it.

How can i get text to be imported automaticaly from a .txt file into my movie. So this can be used as a news section where i only have to edit the .txt file and not the whole flash file.

Also on the same note, when i have saved the .txt file, i would like it to be automatically refreshed into the swf.... is this possible.
